Derek has been with Keytree for over five years and handles customer accounts for Jaguar Land Rover and ARM Holdings – when he first arrived, Derek supported pre-sales activities and project delivery of user experience focused solutions.
Early highlights include the Sales Assistant iPad Application for the shop floor teams at Harrods and the Purchasing and Inventory Management System (PIMS) for Freshfields.
Derek has a strong delivery track record, totally focused on outcomes – ensuring the successful adoption and benefit realisation of his projects. This approach led to managing the service transition and setting up of Managed Service functions at JD Wetherspoon and Jaguar Land Rover.
Derek has a background in local government and customer service transformation projects. His passion is making things better and he looks forward to seeing the user-centric digital design principles extend through central and local government.
