    JD Wetherspoon

    To support continued growth, JD Wetherspoon decided to move its core business systems to SAP and selected Keytree to deliver this business critical project. The changes affected 23 different systems and 52 business interfaces, as the infrastructure sits at the heart of the company’s finance and supply chain functions.

    The solution includes the whole head office finance and commercial function, business planning and consolidation, supplier relationship management and procurement. It also provides the foundation for future modules, and recent follow-on projects have included rolling out SAP maintenance functions to the thousands or users in the full pub estate and supplier network.

    Greggs

    The ERP implementation was designed to replace many of Greggs’ central head office systems. Functional areas were implemented in waves including SAP Finance, Procurement and PLM, swiftly followed by SAP Retail, Forecasting and Replenishment.

    As a result, there was a significant interface challenge with over 78 integration touch points changing. Using an agile methodology, Keytree and Greggs co-designed and built interfaces using SAP PO/PI processing over 7,000 files per day while communicating with a network of over 1,800 shops. Greggs now has a single Integration Broker for communication between all of the newly installed SAP components, and with their Heritage systems.
